After pre-cleansing and cleansing, apply to the skin using a cotton pad. Allow to dry and follow with your Environ regime.

I pour a small amount into my palm and rub my palms together and then apply to my face and neck, I then use a cosmetic pad to wipe over face and neck. This way you use more on your face than soaking a cosmetic pad. Leaves my face and neck fresh without drying my sick out. I've been using for 8 years.
