There is a build-up time frame to follow below:
- Week 1 - Use twice a week for 10 minutes
- Week 2 - use 2 - 3 times a week for 20 minutes
- Week 3 - use 3 - 7 times a week for 20 minutes
- Week 4 - leave on the skin overnight
10 - 20 MINUTE APPLICATION:
- Use in the evening
- Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone
- Using the brush provided apply a thin layer to the face, neck and décolleté
- Leave on the skin for 10 - 20 minutes and then remove with tepid water
- Follow with your Environ regime
OVERNIGHT APPLICATION:
- Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone.
- Apply Environ boosters and moisturisers.
- Leave to absorb for 20 minutes.
- Follow with a thin layer to face, neck and décolleté.
- Leave on overnight.

I tried it due to an offer and was pleasantly surprised and purchased another one! - I leave on for up to 30 minutes and then remove and the skin is lovely and soft. Will build up to leaving on for longer in due course and see what that does. I recommend this.
