I started using this during the winter when I up my retinol to Retinol 3 (or whatever they have renamed it to!). I layer on at night after retinol 3 and AVST 5 to for additional moisturing which, as I'm getting older, my skin seems to need. Will be interesting to see if I continue to use it through the summer months.
