The Vitamin Step-Up System™ is a physiological plan designed to gradually build the skin’s tolerance. By the time you reach AVST 4, your skin has developed a higher density of retinoid receptors, allowing for the effective absorption of higher vitamin concentrations without a "retinoid response". At this level, the formula doesn't just treat the surface; it actively thickens the epidermis and compacts the stratum corneum to restore your skin's natural waterproofing barrier.

How To Use

  1. Prep: Pre-cleanse, cleanse, and tone with your preferred Environ products.
  2. Apply: Massage AVST 4 into the face and neck morning and evening, including the delicate eye area.
  3. Protect: Always follow with an Environ SPF daily, as high-level Vitamin A requires consistent sun protection.
  4. Duration: Use AVST 4 for 6–12 months before considering a progression to the final step, AVST Moisturiser 5.
