1. Prep: Pre-cleanse, cleanse, and tone with your preferred Environ products.
2. Apply: Massage AVST 4 into the face and neck morning and evening, including the delicate eye area.
3. Protect: Always follow with an Environ SPF daily, as high-level Vitamin A requires consistent sun protection.
4. Duration: Use AVST 4 for 6–12 months before considering a progression to the final step, AVST Moisturiser 5.

Use after cleansing and before AVST 4 to hydrate and prepare the skin. Its combination of botanical extracts, niacinamide and lactic acid helps support a smoother, more refined-looking complexion.

Environ Focus Care Moisture+ Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Hydrating Serum

A good addition for skin needing extra hydration. Apply your serum before AVST 4 to complement the moisturiser with targeted hyaluronic acid hydration.

Environ Focus Care Moisture+ Vita-Complex Super Moisturiser

Ideal when additional moisturisation is needed. Super Moisturiser can be applied over AVST 4, particularly for dry or dehydrated-feeling skin.
