Skin Accumax™

Take four capsules daily for a minimum of 14 weeks.

Advanced Nutrition Programme recommends taking two capsules with breakfast and two capsules with dinner. Do not take more than four capsules per day.

After the initial period, the intake may be gradually reduced following professional advice.

Skin Clear Biome™

Take one capsule daily with a meal.

It may be taken at the same time as either of the daily Skin Accumax™ servings. Swallow the capsule with water and do not mix it into hot tea, coffee or other hot drinks, as heat may affect the live microorganisms.

Suggested daily routine

• Breakfast: Two Skin Accumax™ capsules and one Skin Clear Biome™ capsule.
• Dinner: Two Skin Accumax™ capsules.

The supplied set lasts 30 days. To complete the minimum 14-week Skin Accumax™ course at four capsules daily, further Skin Accumax™ capsules will be required.
