I’ve used this supplement on and off for a long time, but always in conjunction with good skincare products and/or prescription treatments, so I’ve never been convinced that it’s having an effect on it’s own. However, my skin is so problematic and changeable that I’m scared to stop taking it in case it is making a difference.
