1. Cleanse and tone your skin as usual.
2. Apply 1–2 pumps of the HA Intensive Hydrating Serum to your face and neck. This provides deep hydration and prepares the skin to absorb active ingredients more effectively.
3. Gently tap a small amount of the Vita-Peptide Eye Gel around the eye area using your ring finger. Avoid rubbing.
4. Follow with your AVST Moisturiser (starting at Level 1) — apply evenly over the face and neck to nourish, firm, and support skin renewal.

Use morning and evening for best results. Be sure to follow with SPF during the day.
