THE SCIENCE

Environ's C-Quence system sits at the advanced tier of the Vitamin Step-Up System™, delivering progressively higher concentrations of Vitamins A, C and E, together with two key signalling peptides: Palmitoyl Oligopeptide and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. These peptides mimic fragments naturally released during skin repair — stimulating fibroblasts to synthesise collagen and glycosaminoglycans, while Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 suppresses IL-6, the pro-inflammatory cytokine linked to collagen degradation. The Antioxidant Defence Crème completes the system, providing sustained antioxidant protection against UV-induced oxidative stress.

Layered with the 3D Filler Crème — which delivers Adifyline®, OptimHyal® and HyaCare®50 into the skin to restore volume and replenish hyaluronic acid — this three-product combination addresses visible ageing from the subcutaneous layer upwards.

HOW TO USE

1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ products
2. For enhanced penetration, use a Cosmetic Roll-CIT® on target areas for 3-5 minutes prior to evening application
3. Apply 1-2 pumps of 3DSynergé™ Filler Crème to the face, neck and décolleté
4. Apply your C-Quence Serum over or mix with your Antioxidant Defence Crème in the palm of the hand, then massage into the face and neck
5. Use morning and evening
6. Always apply SPF in the morning when using Vitamin A

CLINICAL STUDIES

Adifyline® (Acetyl Hexapeptide-38): In vivo studies demonstrated a 11.9% increase in volume from baseline after 14 days, with 79% of volunteers experiencing visible volume enhancement.

Palmitoyl Oligopeptide & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7: A published instrumental study found that crow's feet wrinkles decreased by 14.07% after 4 weeks, skin elasticity increased by 8.79%, and dermal density increased by 27.63%.
