THE SCIENCE

As skin ages, two key structural supports decline: hyaluronic acid — responsible for hydration, plumpness and elasticity — and subcutaneous adipose tissue, which provides cushioning and volume beneath the skin's surface. Together, these losses create the deflated, lined appearance characteristic of facial ageing.

The 3D Filler Crème addresses both simultaneously via Environ's Hydro-Lipidic delivery system. Adifyline® (Acetyl Hexapeptide-38) stimulates PGC-1α expression to promote adipogenesis — the regeneration of fat cells beneath the skin's surface — thereby restoring volume lost with age. OptimHyal® stimulates fibroblasts to produce endogenous hyaluronic acid. HyaCare®50, a low-molecular-weight hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, penetrates the epidermal layers to reduce the appearance of lines and deliver deep moisture. Advanced peptides and phyto-antioxidants complete the formulation, supporting structural integrity and protecting against reactive oxygen species that degrade collagen and HA over time.

HOW TO USE

1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ products
2. For enhanced penetration, use a Cosmetic Roll-CIT® on target areas for 3-5 minutes prior to evening application
3. Apply 1-2 pumps of 3DSynergé™ Filler Crème to the face, neck and décolleté, focusing on areas of volume loss
4. Follow with your recommended Environ Vitamin A moisturiser
5. Use morning and evening
6. Always apply SPF in the morning
