1. Prep: Pre-cleanse, cleanse, and tone with your preferred Environ products.
2. Roll: Divide the face into sections. Using the Cosmetic Roll-CIT, roll vertically, horizontally, and obliquely in a "star pattern" for 5–10 minutes using mild, firm pressure.
3. Treat: Apply a thin layer of the Retinol Serum to the rolled areas.
4. Seal: Follow with your recommended Environ Vitamin A moisturiser.
5. Frequency: Use only in the evening. Start 2–3 times a week and slowly build up to nightly use as skin tolerance increases.
