How To Use

After pre-cleansing and cleansing, apply to the skin using a cotton pad. Allow to dry and follow with your Environ regime.

Great toner

A hydrating and refreshing toner. Like other reviews, rather than using a cotton pad, like others, I apply directly into palms and use hands to apply across face, neck and décolleté. I then apply AVST. I use morning and night.
