HOW TO USE

  • Dispense up to half a pump of Revitalash Aquablur Hydrating Eye Gel and Primer onto the fingertip.
  • Apply morning and night, gently smoothing along the orbital bone including the under eye contour.
  • Follow with makeup application if desired.
