Which option should I choose if I already use an Environ moisturiser?

Choose the single HA serum or the twin set if you want to keep your existing moisturiser and add hydration. Consider the Super Moisturiser pairing if you also want an extra moisturising step. You do not need to change your vitamin A level to add an HA serum.

Do all Environ hydration bundles include a moisturiser?

No. Some pair HA serum with a cleanser, masque, oil capsules or a device. Check the product page for contents. Environ recommends applying HA serum before your recommended vitamin A moisturiser.

Which AVST level should I select?

Choose the AVST level you already use comfortably unless your skincare professional recommends moving up. AVST 1 is the introductory moisturiser in Environ’s Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM. A higher level should not be selected simply because the skin is older or feels drier.

How do I layer HA serum with the other products?

For daily use, pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone, then massage 1–2 pumps of HA serum into the skin. Allow it to dry before moisturising. Masques, oil capsules and devices have their own application steps, so follow the instructions for your chosen bundle. Avoid applying the HA serum directly to the eyes.

Are all these bundles suitable for sensitive skin?

Suitability depends on the full pairing. Revival Masque contains exfoliating acids, and Environ advises against using it on damaged or sensitive skin. Seek personalised advice if your skin is reactive or if you are introducing vitamin A or a device.

Do I need a Cosmetic Roll-CIT to use HA serum?

No. Environ’s current UK serum directions allow application after cleansing and toning without a roller. Cosmetic Roll-CIT requires suitable skin preparation and professional guidance. Environ specifies that skin must be accustomed to at least the second level of its Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM before needling.

Can HA serum help skin during perimenopause or menopause?

It may help when dehydration makes skin look less smooth or plump. It provides cosmetic hydration support; it does not treat hormonal changes. Choose accompanying products based on your skin’s needs and tolerance.

How long can I use each HA serum bottle after opening?

Environ UK lists a 10–12-week period after opening. Follow the expiry date and instructions on your packaging. For the twin set, keep the second bottle unopened until you need it.
