Environ Skin EssentiA AVST 3 is the third step in Environs step-up system and contains moderate levels of vitamin A combined with vitamin C, E, peptides and powerful antioxidants.
AVST level 3 should be introduced once the skin has acclimatised to one to two bottles of Skin EssentiA AVST 2.

Great thing about AVST moisturiser is that you can allow you skin to adapt to the different strengths of vitamin A, and build up to how your skin best tolerates it and how effective it is for you. My skin is very sensitive, and I started on AVST 1 and used for a few years, and then moved to AVST 2 for probably about 5 years or so, now on AVST 3.
If my skin ever becomes particular sensitive, for instance in the summer with the sun, then I may use AVST 1, and then work my way back up to 3 in due time.
Over the years, I have often received comments that I look 10 years younger than my age and only have Environ to thank for it!
