Progression of AVST 2 is advised after acclimatising to 1 - 2 bottles of AVST 1.

Just moved from AVST1 on the recommendation of my beauty therapist and I am very pleased with the results.
Working my way through the AVST programme, started on AVST1 and now completed AVST2. Perfect moisturiser, leaves skin hydrated and comfortable.
